Gregory Gibson

Chairman and Director

Mr. Gibson, Mining Eng, is a 30 year veteran of the mining industry having worked as a mine manager in gold and copper mines in Australia, a nickel mine in Timmins, Ontario and a gold mine in British Columbia. Mr. Gibson has worked for JS Redpath in Canada and the USA, Dynatec Mining Ltd. in Canada .He led Trelawney Mining and Exploration as President, CEO and a director to a $660 million Plan of Arrangement with IAMGOLD Corp. in June 2012. Mr. Gibson is currently the President, CEO and a director of Northern Gold Mining Inc.

Peter Akerley

Director

Peter Akerley is President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Erdene Resource Development Corp. since March 2003. Mr. Akerley has 25 years of experience in the mining and mineral exploration business carrying out precious and base metal exploration in Canada, the United States, Mexico, Guyana, Mongolia and the Philippines as well as extensive work with the Rio Tinto Group of companies involved in North American industrial mineral exploration and project development. Mr. Akerley has also been President of BRM Exploration Ltd., a mineral exploration consulting company providing geologic exploration and managerial services to junior and senior exploration and mining companies globally. Mr. Akerley holds a B.Sc. (Geology) from Saint Mary's University in Halifax.

Ian Campbell

President and Chief Executive Officer, Director

Mr. Campbell was appointed as President and Chief Executive Officer in October 2005, having previously held the offices of Vice-President, Exploration (2002-2005) and Executive Vice-President (2005) of Temex and has been a Director of Temex since 2001. Mr. Campbell has 30 years of experience in the junior mining sector, and has been directly involved in the acquisition, exploration and financing of the company's precious metal portfolio. Prior to Temex, he held lead roles in the acquisition and exploration of numerous advanced precious and base metals projects in Canada and led the team that discovered the extension of the Goldstream Mine in British Columbia which was subsequently mined by Imperial Metals. Mr. Campbell has extensive experience liaising with First Nation groups in Ontario including the successful signing of a Memorandum of Understanding in (1999). He served a four year term on the Ontario Geological Survey Technical Committee, acting as Chair for a one year term during the $29 million Operation Treasure Hunt (1998-2001), in which he represented junior mining companies operating in Ontario on behalf of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada. Mr. Campbell is a graduate of Lakehead University (B.Sc. Geology, 1982), and is a member of the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario (2002).

Bruce Durham

Director

Bruce Durham is President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Goldspike Exploration Inc. Mr. Durham is also a director of other early stage exploration companies. A graduate of the University of Western Ontario (B.Sc Geology), Mr. Durham has worked in mineral exploration for more than 35 years in various positions with junior mining companies exploring primarily for precious and base metal deposits in Ontario and Quebec, but also with companies exploring across Canada, in the United States, and in Africa. Mr. Durham has been an integral member or leader of various exploration teams credited with the discovery or definition of several significant mineral deposits including the David Bell and Golden Giant mines in Hemlo, and the Lake Shore Gold Corp.'s Bell Creek mines in Timmins. He was also an integral member of the team at Canadian Royalties Inc. where he held various positions including President and CEO prior to the project being sold to Chinese interests Mr. Durham is a member of the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario.

Ronald Goldsack

Director

Mr. Goldsack has been active in the investment business for decades and he has a long successful history in corporate finance. He was a Vice President of Wood Gundy and Co. Inc. in Toronto and New York where he helped build their research department and was also active in institutional sales, trading and corporate finance. He then became a co-founder, Vice Chairman and Director of Gordon Capital for approximately 28 years after which he was a partner at Griffiths McBurney and Partners ("GMP") for 3 years. Mr. Goldsack also served as a director of Goldcorp Inc. He currently acts as a consultant to companies regarding corporate finance and M&A advice to public and private companies.

René Marion

Director

Mr. Marion professional career encompasses over 25 years of diversified management, and senior technical experience with specific resource industry expertise in operations, mineral exploration, and mine development and a successful history of corporate development. He was most recently President, CEO and Director of AuRico Gold Inc. ("AuRico") where he executed several transformational transactions which included the acquisition and development of AuRico's flagship Young-Davidson Mine.

Prior to joining AuRico, Mr. Marion held several senior positions with Barrick Gold Inc. ("Barrick") over 14 years including Vice President of Russia and Central Asia, Vice-President Technical Services, Vice-President and General Manager of Kahama Mining. From 2006 to 2007, he was seconded by Barrick to Highland Gold Mines Ltd. as Chief Operating Officer and a Director based out of Moscow.

Mr. Marion is a member in good standing with the Professional Engineers of Ontario, and the Ontario Society of Professional Engineers. Mr. Marion holds a BScE degree in Mining Engineering from Queens University in 1986.
